What if you miss a call and nobody texts back?
If we hook up full missed-call callback and a missed call hits our number and we fail to text or call back in 60 seconds in-window, that month is free. In-window means the hours you set with us. Missed calls that never hit our number are out of scope.
Does this call people who never contacted me?
No. It answers your missed calls and forms. If they did not reach out, we do not dial them.
What number do people call?
You forward missed calls to a number we provide, or put that number on the site and Google when you are ready. That only applies to calls that hit our number.
Can it book the job in my software?
Not yet. It texts and calls back. It does not book the job in your software.
Is this legal in Canada?
