We collect what you type into start, contact, audit, onboard, opt-in, and unsubscribe forms: name, shop, email, phone, city, trade, hours, and the funnel fields that arrived with the link (UTMs, competitor names you already had).

We use that to set up your plan and send CASL-compliant mail from hello@digitalrebel.agency. Phone forwarding and Google invites happen after you pay and complete intake. We cannot verify Google for you. Twilio and similar phone hooks are not live in this marketing site.

We do not sell lists. We do not use your customers’ numbers to market unrelated businesses. Inbound follow-up is only to people who contacted you.

Canada: we treat this as PIPEDA-style personal information. You can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it, subject to invoices and legal holds. Unsubscribe is always at /unsub.
