Rebel OS uses automated systems to call back, text, and follow up people who already contacted your shop. Those messages should identify the shop, not pretend to be a licensed tech standing in a driveway.

The AI is not a diagnosis. It cannot legally bind you to a price unless you set that rule. It does not cold-call. It does not cold-SMS.

Review asks are automated. They must not gate a low score or invent a review. We will not configure the system to do either.

This marketing site may use AI in its own operations. Customer-facing phone and SMS hooks (Twilio and similar) are documented and not live in this codebase.

If a person asks to speak to a human, we route to you or to our support inbox. That is a requirement, not a feature flag.
