What services do you offer?

A 5-page site, Google Business Profile and Maps work, GEO pages, inbound missed-call AI and SMS, lead follow-up, review asks, and a monthly scoreboard. We focus on the inbound that already tried you — not cold lists, not a ranking we cannot sell.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Rebel OS is the product if the phone has to get answered — $397/mo CAD. Presence is the shop without the phone AI. Site is pages only. You can start on Stripe. You do not need a strategy call to pick.

How soon can I expect results?

Site and profile go up in week one. Inbound AI goes live in week two on calls that hit our number. Reviews and posts can move in weeks. We will not give you a map-pack date. Google does not work for us.

Do you offer custom or multi-location packages?

Extra locations and extra pages are scoped separately. This plan is one shop, five pages, one inbound number. Chains and franchises write us — contact is a form, not a deck meeting.

Will I get regular updates or reports?

Every shop gets a monthly scoreboard: what we answered, what we asked, what changed on the site and the profile. No filler. No ranking theatre. A strategy call only if you want one.

Why is the site listed as no upfront?

We do not invoice a build fee on day one. The build is amortized across the 12-month Rebel OS term. That is why the term exists.

What is the 60-second guarantee?

If a missed call hits OUR number and we fail to text/call back in 60s in-window, that month is free. In-window means the hours you set with us. Missed calls that never hit our number are out of scope.

Will you rank me in the map pack?

We will do the Google and GEO work. We will not sell you a ranking promise. Map pack is a Google decision.

Do you write fake reviews?

No. Review asks go to people you already served. No gating. No incentives for stars. No invented quotes on this site either.

What is not included?

Paid ads, extra locations, extra pages, e-commerce, and any outbound calling or cold SMS. Those are later, scoped, and priced separately.

Why is Rebel OS priced against a job ticket?

Because $397/mo is easier to judge next to one no-cool, one leak, or one panel upgrade than next to an agency retainer speech.

What happens if I cancel early?

Cancel before month 12 and the live site comes down — or keep hosting only at the Site plan price. Site files are yours after month 12.

Do I own the site?

Site files are yours after month 12. Before that, early cancel means the live site comes down, or you keep hosting-only at the Site plan price.

Is Presence just Rebel OS without the phone?

Yes. $197/mo gets you the site, GBP, GEO pages, and review asks. No missed-call AI. No lead follow-up texts.

Why is Site not in the main nav?

Because a $97/mo website-only plan is a downsell, not the product. If that is all you want, it is on /website.

Do you take a strategy call before I pay?

No. The primary path is Stripe. /start collects the shop then sends you there. You can still write us. You do not need a deck meeting to begin.

Does the AI cold-call my city?

No. It answers your inbound missed calls and forms. If they did not reach out, we do not dial them.

What number do people call?

You forward missed calls to a number we provide, or put that number on the site and GBP when you are ready. The guarantee only applies to calls that hit our number.

Can it book the job in my software?

Not in v1. It calls back, texts, and follows up. Calendar and dispatch hooks are documented for later. We do not pretend they are live.

Is this legal in Canada?

We only message people who contacted you. That is not a cold CEM. Our own outreach follows CASL — identify, purpose, and an unsubscribe. See /casl and /legal/ai.

Can you verify my Google Business Profile for me?

No. Google has to verify you. We can prepare the profile, send an invite, and tell you what to do. We will never claim we can complete verification on your behalf.

Do you guarantee map-pack rank?

No. We do the work Google rewards. We do not sell a position.

What are GEO / AI-search pages?

Plain pages that name the work and the city so Google and answer engines have something true to cite. Not doorway spam. Not spun city clones.

Do you operate in the US?

Canada first — GTA is the home market. US shops can start the same offer in CAD unless we agree otherwise in writing.

How do I stop emails?

Every commercial email has an unsubscribe link to /unsub. That is CASL, not a courtesy.

By trade
